Girls Bows & Ballet Smocked Dress

The dress is designed in our beautiful Ballet & Bows fabric! This fabric is light weight & perfect for those summer days. The smocked collar has a repeating pattern of bows & ballet shoes to mirror the dress.  The sleeves are lined in pink ric rac and the hem is in pink scallop.
