The cutest little legging set for a pretty spring day! Crafted out of our beautiful hydrangea fabric, this top has a lovely smock plate with pretty smocked trellis design with blue bows with white scalloped trimming. Scalloped Peter Pan Collar and super soft leggings with a scalloped hem.
