The cutest little dress for a pretty spring day! Crafted out of our beautiful hydrangea fabric, this dress has a lovely smock plate with pretty smocked trellis design with blue bows with white scalloped trimming. Scalloped Peter Pan Collar and ric rac trimmed hem.
